Week 41 – I Heart Beef Photo Challenge & $250 Giveaway!

Well, I'd be it! The IHF extended the entry time for their weekly contest. I had such a hard time yesterday with my computer when attempting to load the "beef" pic. We had to eat our "beef" in a huge hurry and run to soccer and softball practices. I knew I'd have just 30 minutes before the deadline when I got home and sure thing! My computer has decided to really get me grumpy. I went to sleep without telling anyone good nite. Yes, that's how very grumpy I was Because I really love beef and I love IHF and the combo of missing such a great op just was unbearable. SO, you can imagine my surprise when I saw an extension today! . SInce I have a couple of RSS email subscribers I knew I needed to edit my hustled post regardless. The extension gave me a really great reminder. Thanks so much, IHF. Head to Iheartfaces to see more great entries and blog your own "beef" entry. EVERYONE who enters a photo into this week’s challenge and uses the button below in their post is entered to win a $250 gift certificate for Nolan Ryan’s beef!!! So, here it is. My edited post and weekly entry!  Edible flower arrangement by my very talented 12 year old.  Hmm, I can't find her blog's URL anywhere.  She must not have blogged in a long time!!! She has made quite a few fun edible arrangements. I'll ask her to post them on her blog and give me the URL so I can link her up here. I hope she gladly complies...

Since I really didn't have time for a really good pic (blame early soccer, softball) my daughter helped me with a beef/green beans/peppers arrangement (I didn't have a chance to take a pic of the steaks that I used to make our fajitas, so leftovers had to do, yes, not many leftovers after a family of 6 digs in)
